Julia Roberts is Hindu, Jennifer Aniston Looks Odd As Streisand And That’s Lindsay Not Goldie Hawn

Julia likes the idea of reincarnation but she wants to age gracefully without botox:

“You make these people and you love them and you want them around for a thousand years,” she says about her three kids – 3-year-old Henry and 5-year-old twins Phinnaeus and Hazel – with cameraman Danny Moder. “And you want to be there for them for a thousand years.”

The entire Roberts-Moder family, she reveals, goes to temple together to “chant and pray and celebrate. I’m definitely a practicing Hindu,” says Roberts, who grew up with a Catholic mother and Baptist father. And since in Hindu cosmology souls can be reincarnated in other bodies, where does she see herself in the next life? “Golly, I’ve been so spoiled with my friends and family in this life,” she says. “Next time I want to be just something quiet and supporting.”

“I want my kids to know when I’m pissed, when I’m happy and when I’m confounded,” the actress, 42, and new face of Lancome, tells Elle in its September issue. “Your face tells a story and it shouldn’t be a story about your drive to the doctor’s office.”

“It’s unfortunate that we live in such a panicked, dysmorphic society where women don’t even give themselves a chance to see what they’ll look like as older persons. I want to have some idea of what I’ll look like before I start cleaning the slates.”

Meanwhile Jennifer Anniston tries to look like Barbara Streisand, but somehow I can still tell it’s her.  Somehow this photo makes me feel uncomfortable with Jennifer sucking in her cheeks and with those fake nails dragging down her lower lip. It just doesn’t feel natural. I don’t think hollowed out cheeks are attractive on women. It just tells me they should eat more. Don’t you think the Julia Roberts pose looks similar to this one, especially with the hair and eye make-up.

Babara’s vintage photo in Harper’s Bazaar was striking. I didn’t realise how gorgeous she was.  Jennifer Aniston tries, but the only thing similar are the golden locks and bright eyes. I think in real life Jennifer must be a really sweet person because you never ever read about her being diva like or mean to anyone. That’s why it feels bad when you knock her.

This was Barbra’s reaction to the shoot:

I was very flattered that Jennifer Aniston chose to interpret my style with the photos in Harper’s Bazaar. She’s a delightful person, and I think she did a wonderful job. If only she had a bump on her nose.

I actually like Jennifer a lot even before Friends, when she was in Ferris Beuller the TV show in the 90’s. Her old nose (rumored nose job) gave her face more character and she had a lovely full face. It’s sad that you have to sacrifice the face to get the ideal body.

Lea Michele of Glee could do Babara much better and I hope one day they attempt transforming her. The lesson here is always stick with your original nose.

Somehow without intending it, Lindsay Lohan, with a blonde wig, looks like the spitting image Goldie Hawn. Maybe she should try for Goldie next time instead of Marilyn Monroe.
