Let me be the first to admit that I am not much of partaker of fruits or vegetables, but in the spirit of detoxing and trying to be a little bit healthier I decided to feature healthy food for a change.
We get mostly red, purple or green grapes in Singapore, but I like the red ones the best. Even though I don’t have high blood pressure or cholesterol, it’s good to know that red grapes are a wonder cure for these conditions.
The antioxidant property of grapes makes it great for the skin, and I say vanity is the best motivator to eat healthy.

oh yes they were amazing!! not very healthy though unlike your grapes.
On a hot day I love grapes that have been in the freezer! such a healthy alternative to icecream 🙂
I guess we could have both….macarons and grapes 🙂 I’ve never tried frozen grapes before…..though I’ve heard they are a nice snack.
