It’s always so hard to decide what to eat when you’re surrounded by what seems like a million choices at Liang Court. I was motivated to try something new for the blog’s sake. In the end we were intrigued by the black pig promotion at Udon located at the entrance of the basement food court, and I decided to try the spicy udon which was S$10. It was not really spicy, but the udon was yummy although B who had the non-spicy version, said that he has tasted better quality noodles. I think my standards are not that high, or not yet. I need to eat a lot more Japanese food before I can be more discerning. I did not care for the boiled pork though, so it was quite silly of me to order this dish as I am not very much a boiled pork kinda person. Don’t like the texture.
