Auntie Anne’s Pretzel: Caramel Almond

Indulging in a caramel almond pretzel at Suntec City. Sinfully good! Skip the caramel? I think not.

In case you were wondering, the pretzel is 390 calories and that doesn’t include the caramel sauce.

    Hahaha I was wondering!! Yummmmmmmm

Here’s a question for my Singapore-expert (you): where do you go to get nutrition info for local products and restaurants? I tried the HPB site but they mostly have generic foods. It’s so hard to figure out what I’m eating here!!!

you could use this tool at the HPB site, but you need to know what you’re searching for I guess, like for example laksa

      591 calories
      31 grams of fat

the description given is Noodles with prawns and fish cakes in a coconut- based soup

hehehe thanks for calling me an expert 🙂

I guess it’s pretty generic. There is no specific information like you find in websites for subway, macdonalds etc. It does make it a bit hard to know what you’re eating.

I just realized under the food category of the tool you could select like meat items and a whole list of foods will be listed…quite a comprehensive list 🙂 I’ve been meaning to do more posts on calories in local food and this prompts me to work on it.
