It wasn’t so bad. I am guessing that the guards are doing a good job of controlling and helping to direct the traffic. At some point the top most level carpark looked almost empty, but as we were leaving, it was full.
From the carpark you can get a great view of the HDB flats downstairs. You can also see how the HDB carpark is packed to the brim with most people parking there instead as it’s cheaper.
