Singapore Daily Photos: View Outside the Esplanade

It was a hazy evening. Wonder where all the smoke was coming from. Not burning trees in Sumatra again I hope. I don’t want a hazy Christmas. (Update: Apparently it was due to light winds)

Saw a cute kid writing wishes on a plastic ball for the Marina Bay New Year Countdown. B thought that all the plastic balls in the water was not very environmentally friendly, which made me wonder what they will do with them after the party is over. An art installation perhaps?
