Greenwich V: Spiced Chocolate & Tea at Cedele

Nice view and the main reason why I like the restaurants at Greenwich V. The worst Cedele is the super cramped one at Raffles City Shopping Centre.

I like plump chairs with generous cushioning. Well, sofas would be best and the reason why I love afternoon teas at hotels.

Letting the tea steep. This was South African green tea.

Spiced with cinnamon and nicer than I expected. Could have been a tad less sweet though. Couldn’t ask for less sugar as it’s made from a mix. Something to consider Cedele? A more bitter chocolate drink?

The bread sure looked good. Quite a variety.

I’m not fond of chocolate (too cloyingly sweet and rich) or cheesecake, especially how it’s done in Singapore. Prefer citrus flavours. And I do love my aunt’s butter cake.

i had the chance of having cedele for lunch yesterday and i was pretty impressed with their sandwiches. the ingredients were fresh and i love the wholemeal bread used. its definitely a healthy lunch 🙂 what’s stopping me from such healthy lunches is definitely the price cos I dont normally spent more than $5 over lunch.

yeah the price also puts me off. I wish we could have more healthy fresh options at lower prices. After a while I get tired of Subway.
