Yummy Broth: Ramen Dining at Parco Millenia

Parco Millenia is one place I like coming to as it’s relatively quiet and has a nice selection of Japanese eateries. I think I prefer this ramen at Ramen Dining, which I’m trying for the first time, to the one nearby which always has a long queue. I don’t particularly fancy queuing or being squashed among many people where they seat you too closely. I don’t need a reminder that Singapore is overpopulated.

In particular I prefer the pork broth. In terms in noodle texture, both restaurants did it perfect.

Here there is actually an option of choosing your noodle texture and heaviness of the broth. I could also opt for no bamboo which I hate.

Nice cosy place and I noticed that it was run by a Japanese lady who seem to be the chef as well?

The chilli oil is not really hot. I preferred the soup as it was. It didn’t need anything extra, but all the condiments available is always a nice touch.

B liked this but not me. Don’t like beansprouts unless it’s hidden well in the food and sauce and I don’t notice it.

A peek at the menu and prices.

The restaurant is called Ramen Dining and I noticed the awards outside.

Hi! Can’t help but want to comment here because I’m a huge fan of ramen 😛 If you like their ramen, you should try out their other outlet at Tanjong Pagar, Orchid Hotel! It’s a small cozy place, and the ramen is also super good! The name of the place is Keisuke Tonkotsu King. They have three different flavours for their pork broth ramen – normal, black and red (which the millenia branch doesn’t have). Black is quite peppery, while red is with chilli oil. Recommend trying both 🙂

Thanks so much Alvin. So glad you left a comment. The red version sounds really interesting to me 🙂 I must try it one day.
