I usually hate going to Sim Lim Square, the notorious IT mall with a dizzying array of computer stuff and some thuggish vendors. But this time I brightened up at the prospect of being able to look out for a pretty iPhone 5 cover for my cousin who says there is not much variety in Australia. I didn’t see anything that great but there were simple covers as cheap as 8 bucks. The more expensive ones cost about S$40. Out of all that I saw, I liked the red one with polka dots that cost S$9.90. I guess we’ll have to wait a while for the prettier ones to come out.
There was more variety for the iPhone 4 and even a Hallmark range (I wonder if these are originals but I kinda doubt it).
There were pretty bubble gum pink flat iPhone cables too.
The iPhone looks great on it’s own, but who can bear scratches. It’s why we seek pretty covers.
I am wondering how you managed to take these photos without being chased out of Sim Lim by a shop owner.
I was thinking that any moment I was gonna get chewed out big time. But I got bolder with each photo I took 😉 It’s so embarrassing when you get scolded though although most of the time I take photos of things I like and end up writing positive things about the experience.
Next time I shall be brave and bold like you 🙂
I’m quite chicken actually. Was trying my luck 😉
Ravi loves Sim Lim…I get very bored very quickly there.
B loves Sim Lim too..I grumble when we go there. So boring as he likes to go into almost every shop.
