Had satay at East Coast Lagoon Beach and then walked to this area where we watched people on water skis at the artificial lake. The ships at sea are always a captivating sight and in that way our Singapore beaches are quite unique. They may not be pristine enough to have a good swim, but they make for a spectacular sight. Even though it was terribly humid and the air was still, I was so glad to be in the outdoors than at another mall.
