Finally tried out the always packed Pu Tien chain at Parkway Parade. I was impressed with the hotter than it looks fresh chilli. But don’t think we’ll be returning as we both felt too stuffed after this meal and I tend to prefer Cantonese cuisine. The bill of S$60 was too steep as well and I’ve had more satisfying meals at Crystal Jade for less.
Also spotted cute zodiac stuffed animals like this monkey, at the shop across Pu Tien selling Chinese New Year clothes and gifts.

My local mall – will take a look at these decorations today
It’s a nice mall & would be even better minus the crowds. I like the food court, M&S & cafes like Dome & Toby’s.
