There’s a new mall at Kallang called Asperia, but it’s not a full fledged one, but one that is part of a condo. It seems a good place to live as there is a wide variety of services like supermarkets and dining options including a 24 hour Tim Ho Wan (if you’re hankering for porridge at 3am).
