Had the authentic Chinese style La Mian again at the hawker Centre next to People’s Park Complex. It was good (noodle texture and tasty minced pork) but I am still more used to the Singapore style version at Paradise Dynasty – I prefer that although it’s not fair to compare as that one is a lot more expensive being in an air-conditioned restaurant.
