La Ristrettos

Another place that I have been meaning to check out and finally got the company. So glad my cousin trudged all the way with me to Novena Medical Centre and since she has a better sense of direction, she led me here. It would have been much better, if the place was bigger or the outside garden rooftop area was air-conditioned. The caramelised banana dessert and the coffee was good but Singapore is just to hot for outdoor dining – at least for me.

There is a small air-conditioned indoor area with communal seating and more seats at the bar counter, but it was filled to the gills. I’m sure this is a haven for people working at the medical centre.

I had wonderful company though, so that made up for the humidity.
