The yellow bean hum chim peng was piping hot today and so perfectly good. The salty sweet combo is just heaven to this carb addict. Today there was a young guy at the stall and a lady perhaps the wife and son of the man who prepared the fritters on my first visit. The son was polite too. His mum was preparing the fritters. They only fry 2 at a time so it’s always fresh and I’m a total fan of this stall now.
