Singapore Food: Makanan Bollywood

I didn’t know this place existed till my relative from Perth recommended it. At the time they were located at Peninsular Plaza but have since moved to Funan. Higher prices but better ambience.

The mutton briyani here is famous, but I like their chicken briyani as well as their pratas. Have come here numerous times and had the mutton again today. It was so tender (not gamey) and fell off the bone. The rice had caramelised onion bits which were so good.

The tea here is excellent too. Very smooth and not as all tannic. The owner is so friendly and welcomes all his customers warmly.

The menu

Pretty empty today as it’s the fasting month.

Goodies on sale for the festivities ahead
