You can spot elephants all over town as part of the Elephant Parade, but I particularly liked the ones at Somerset 313. Especially this one which seems to be decorated with a single piece of string. It’s for a worthy cause. To save the majestic Asian elephants, threatened by extinction.
These were pretty too.
Absolutely love the durian elephant that Laura snapped a photo of.
Those elephants look cool 🙂 and great pictures by the way
thanks….love how there’s always something new in Singapore.
I need to spend some time on Orchard road checking those out. I’ve seen others scattered around the CBD, but I spend very little time on Orchard Rd just wandering…usually I go to a specific place, run an errand and get out.
yeah I’m the same way. It’s only when I happen to see something interesting along the way, then I snap a quick shot.
Love the elephants – shall miss them when they are gone.
Elephants are very much revered in Hindu culture and they just seem quite magical to me.
