London Fat Duck

London Fat Duck is at Scotts Square. This is the best char siew (B added that it’s a very good cut and well marbled) I’ve had although it was very expensive at $14.80. The pepper duck polo buns were very good too. B thought the roast duck was great, but he said he’s had better.

The chilli provided was tasty and rather spicy – more savoury than sweet, Hong Kong style.

The service here was poor though and portions rather small.  Our noodles came first and we were left waiting for the roast meats as the noodles got cold. It’s a rather small space too, so just to eat and dash and not really a place to linger.
