Singapore Daily Photo: Smoky Skies

The skies got smoky grey and it rained again after a very hot afternoon. September is never this hot. Japan is experiencing a prolonged summer right now. Global warming is causing our weather to go crazy. I can’t imagine what it will be like in 30 years. I hope they invent a portable air-condition device by then. Air-conditioning is the only thing saving me from going completely bonkers. My sanity hangs by a thread when I am in a hot and stuffy room.

There’s supposed to a walk from Chinatown along the river with kids carrying lanterns for the Mid-Autumn Festival today. Hopefully they don’t get rained out. There will be a full moon but I wonder whether it will be visible with our cloudy skies.
