I would still say this is the best time to visit Singapore. It’s the coolest and the weather is at least bearable with our levels of humidity. February and March always seem the most unbearable to me. Scorching heat I could do without.
It’s also quite an experience, the Singapore rain. It’s not like the polite drops of rain in temperate countries. The rain here will bathe and drench you, even if you have an umbrella. The rain will bless you as the wind blows it in all directions. Think of a blizzard versus lightly falling snow. Our rain is like a blizzard. A child may imagine someone up there scooping and pouring down buckets of water.
