Siem Reap March 2023: Day 1 Dinner at Hotel

Couldn’t get over how fresh lovely and wholesome brown rice was in Cambodia
The butter was so fragrant and out of this world. I have a major weakness for butter rolls with butter. Terrible I know.
I miss Khmer curry already. The vegetables were fresh crisp and sautéed. Similar to Ceylonese cuisine like our sambar but they use cashews in the curry here.
My mum loved the fried rice
The fresh spring rolls were the best I’ve tasted
The mango sticky rice was amazing with fresh mangoes in season
