I have absolutely no will power, so dieting by denying myself food after 7 pm is extreme torture. Trying to do it while food blogging makes me a masochist.
In order to make a full confession here goes – I caved in and had 2 plums an hour ago, which I think would make Oprah shake her head. Oprah sticks to absolutely nothing after 7 pm, if I remember that episode of her show correctly which had her trainer Bob Greene in it too. Don’t know how long I can keep this up, but blogging about my mental struggle definitely helps. It’s definitely all in the mind since I mostly eat when I am depressed, worried, frustrated or bored. Like Oprah said, food is like a party in your mouth – it definitely is!

2 plums isn’t bad! I think it’s just easier to exercise more… I can’t diet for nuts!
