Where I Used My CDC Vouchers #3: Serangoon Garden Carrot Cake & Wanton Noodle

It was my first time trying the black carrot cake here and it was very satisfying. The young boy who served me at the stall was very polite and I truly appreciated that. There was a cute little French girl who placed an order for black carrot cake too. The little girl shook her head vigorously when asked if she wanted chilli. I on the other hand asked for extra chilli. I only used up one S$2 voucher and paid a dollar cash. I got the smallest amount S$3 but there are also options for bigger portions at S$4 & S$5.

Extremely tasty black carrot cake with yummy bits of radish
Coming here again for sure

Omg, this is a sudden craving. I’ve been meaning to revisit Serangoon for some time. Thanks for this recommendation!
